All properties enjoy amazing open views towards the Guadiana River, the Atlantic Ocean, Sapal nature reserve and golf courses.
All properties are finished and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with features like bathroom under floor heating for the winter months and patio doors that slide into the adjoining walls coming as standard.
They are smaller than other villas, but have the advantage of being detached.
Bearing in mind that holiday homes often need to accommodate more than one group of people, the master bedroom and a small terrace is situated upstairs for extra privacy. The Village Houses are easy to lock up and leave, with just one front entrance to the property and secure patio doors at the back.
The house has air conditioning units to cool in summer. These can switch to warm air in winter and there’s an open ﬁre for cosy evenings in. The ﬁttings and furnishings are of a high standard with granite work surfaces and quality appliances in the kitchen.
Although the villa is semi-detached, each property has its own individual pool and private patio well shielded from any neighbors.
On ground floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen, hall, guest toilet, store room, living room, patio.
On the first floor there is the Master suite with ensuite bathroom, small private terrace

With three great nine hole golf courses, nearby beaches that stretch for miles and a friendly Clubhouse bar and restaurant serving top quality food, our resort, near the medieval town of Castro Marim with its Moorish castle, the resort has all the right ingredients.
There's plenty to do in the local area, like walking and bird watching in the nearby Sapal nature reserve, or you can play tennis, go horse-riding, biking, sailing or windsurfing.
And there are some great places to eat nearby. Our resort takes a low density approach and all villas have lovely open views.
